Job Description
- Outdoor sales are required
- Find new sellers to join our seller base
- Develop and implement strategies for how our program can acquire and grow new sectors of innovators, including understanding where competencies may lie and learn against unique needs across sectors.
- Attending meetings/presentations with agencies to discuss client campaign schedules.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction to generate renewals and increase additional revenue.
- Proactively pursue business and sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement plans to reach a large base of clients in an efficient and sustainable manner.
- Work closely with the strategy team to identify the right clients.
- Enhancing the current business development process and working on its continuous development.
- Train and develop entry-level business development executives.
