Internship Description
- Answer people back on social media with saved replies for each package, she will make excel sheets databases with the following:
- Customer's Data (will include their name, event date, and number of guests, and her number)
- she will have this data to follow up and give offers if the sale is going to be cancelled, so for example people will send messages to the page, we will get their info (name, event date, and number of guests) she will tell them the prices, and follow up.
- You will learn alot, how to handle customers online, how to respond professionally, how to book orders, sell more, recommend, crisis control, time management, and other skills that will surely benefit you with working with the top companies in the market.
EX: re-contact them prior their event date with 1 week to 10 days to know why they changed their mind about their reservation? if there is a problem with pricing? etc..
- Be calling customers, making their bookings threw an online excel sheet, writing their deposits, telling them how to pay, tell them more about our services, trying to get more sales, calling leads, etc..
- Basically, she will try and get the most outcome of each customer that messages us through our page, and collect as many sales as possible from online customers
- Be sending emails, quotations, to different business's online that can get use of our services, find online websites that we can add our services to (like your wedding guide, myfarah.com etc..
- She will reply to instagram users, etc..
There will be full training, but there must be a simple background on how to work (preferred, not mandatory)
Internship Requirements
- Fluent English speaking
- At least 19 years old
- Know how to communicate and handle things
