Job Description
- Responsible for operation process optimization for digital channels, And provide any recommendation to improve quality and increase customer satisfaction on social media
- Replying to all of our clients queries and complaints and through all social media applications
- Able to work in multiple tools/web browser windows at one time
- Generating leads to help the sales team.
- Assist in planning, creating and publishing social media content.
- Creating a report through the social media applications analysis and indicators
- Collect and summarize reports from different stakeholders and ensure the data accuracy
- Accountable for the regular posting and updates on social media channels
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.
- Demonstrated experience and a passion for the social technology universe (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Flickr, blogs, G+, LinkedIn, wikis, RSS, social bookmarking, discussion forums and community software).
- Analyzing social media trends.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or advertising agencies field
- Full time job.
- Previous experience in managing all social media applications.
- Quick and right response to the clients comments in all social media applications.
- Time Management Skills.
- English is a must
