Job Description

  • Overseeing the company’s digital media strategy and plans.
  • Monitor, follow and analyze the data of digital and sales numbers to set recommendations and action plans.
  • Manage the digital’s budget.
  • Set the digital media strategy in collaboration with the marketing manager.
  • Overseeing the company’s digital media channels including the website, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and any new platform with the digital media team.
  • Determine content per social media channel.
  • Lead on curating sharable and engaging content in collaboration with the marketing manager and the marketing team (trends, highly engaging content).
  • Build digital media campaigns with the marketing manager and the marketing team.
  • Set and execute the media buying strategy and plan for all platforms.
  • Assess SEO configuration with the website coordinator.
  • Monitor analytics (including competitors’ digital performance).
  • Measure the performance of digital marketing and linking it to conversion rates (from digital media follower to customer).
  • Participate in the editorial meetings.
  • Work in collaboration with the senior digital marketing executive on the planning and execution of the media buying / Responsible for executing the tasks allocated to the senior digital marketing executive in case of need as per the directions of the senior management.
  • Follows any additional work tasks not outlined above but related to job function as requested by line Manager.
  • Understands the changing nature of the role and adapts to changing and growing tasks as the organization develops and expands.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field.
  • Proven experience from 4- 6 years as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Solid Marketing background.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Ad Words, and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
  • Knowledge of SEO.
  • Experienced in In-bound marketing.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Net Insight, Web Trends).
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
