Job Description
* Greet and welcome patients as soon as they arrive at the clinic
* Register, verify and update patient information in the clinic system
* Schedule & confirm patient appointments
* Inform patients of financial treatment plan options
* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls ,Emails and whatsapp messages.
Job Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
* Good experience in Microsoft Office
