Job Description
- Recording of suppliers Checks
- Recording of customers Checks
- Recording the daily transaction for the bank
- Performance of banking Remittances
- Balance the notes Payable Account monthly
- Balance the notes receivable account monthly
- Recording the banking reconciliation
- Follow-up collection of checks in banks
- Follow up the opening of LC and payment dates for the suppliers
- Follow up accounts with bank staff
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Commerce.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Good communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
- Perform related duties as assigned by direct manager.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
