Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced AFC Data Analyst specialized in Automatic Fare Collection Systems to join a very exciting transportation project based in Riyadh, KSA.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage the accounting and revenue allocation between all transport modes in close alignment with the AFC system admin and Contract Administration and Finance team.
Monitor the daily, weekly and monthly settlement process as well as check data consistency and completeness.
Manage Rules, Regulations and Procedures as well as reports on AFC RAM, SLA and AFC operation performance (e.g. validation times)
Develop records management processes
Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
Set up and maintain automated data processes
Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing
Develop, support and maintain reporting processes
Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content
Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
Extract and analyse data from large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool.
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in data processing related field, such as Engineering, Mathematics, Software coding, …
A minimum of 7 years’ experience in related field of Operation & Maintenance of AFC systems.
Mandatory Skills
Proficient with Excel advanced functions
Data oriented mind with attention to details
Very good level of spoken and written English language
