Job Description:
- Establish and maintain a strong understanding of our target audience, market trends, and competitors, utilizing this information to inform marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our software products.
- Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
- Create and manage comprehensive marketing plans, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and events.
- Identify target markets and customer segments, and tailor marketing messages and initiatives accordingly.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or Business Development manager in the software field.
- Strong understanding of B2B business models, market dynamics, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
- Time management and planning skills, capable of working independently without day-to-day supervision.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, social media, email, and content marketing.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, and Excel to measure and report on marketing performance.
