Job Description
Are you a creative, out-of-the-box thinker? it’s a great time to join and be part of a team that is disrupting the insurance industry. We’re looking for a talented, experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Develop marketing strategies, keep a pulse on competitive landscape and monitor market trends.
- Implement the marketing roadmap to increase brand awareness and stimulate lead generation
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities end to end, from planning to performance management.
- Manage marketing channels (online and offline)
- Conceive and execute email marketing activities
- Control of KPI’s and forecasts through monitoring response rates, conversion rates, acquisition costs.
- Support Partnerships distribution channels
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years working as either a Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager, or similar role, ideally in a tech or insurance company
- Proven experience in executing and analyising campaigns across digital channels
- Understanding of search engine optimization, social media marketing and email marketing
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Proven experience to build bilingual (English & Arabic) marketing campaign
- Experience and understanding of the insurance market is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Established ability to successfully drive projects with minimal guidance
