Job Description
- Be the primary focal point of contact on our eCommerce platform
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product
- Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
- Develop e-commerce sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
- Directs the sales team to achieve sales and profit targets
- Adds the largest number of merchants to subscribe to our site to display their products with the assistance of the sales team.
- Implement and use analytics to track sales trends and identify growth opportunities
- Create and manage product descriptions for online market platforms
- Pioneering and creating new opportunities with e-commerce accounts, and identifying marketing opportunities to generate sales
- Building trust and strengthening the relationship to be recognized as an outstanding e-commerce supplier
- Conduct extensive online research, and understand the marketing and sales strategies of all major e-commerce retailers at all times
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- 4-5 years of work experience at the same job
- Prefer E-Commerce Experience
- Excellent command of both English and Arabic Languages
- Excellent Knowledge of computer & Microsoft offices
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Excellent negotiation skills.
