Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead our product through its final stages of development and beyond its market release. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing digital products, from concept to launch, and driving continuous improvement post-launch. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively across teams and ensure the successful delivery of a high-quality product that meets market needs and exceeds customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gain Customer Insights: Deeply understand customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
• Product Vision: Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
• Product Strategy Development: Develop product pricing and positioning strategies, translating the product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Roadmap & Prioritization: Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact, maintaining a clear and actionable product roadmap.
• Collaboration with Engineering: Work closely with engineering teams to deliver products with quick time-to-market and optimal use of resources.
• Product Launch Management: Drive product launches, including collaboration with public relations teams, executives, and other product management team members.
• Promotional Evaluation: Evaluate promotional plans to ensure alignment with product line strategy and that the messaging is effectively conveyed to the target audience.
• Product Evangelism: Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the product both internally and externally.
• Customer Feedback: Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services, using these insights to inform future product development.
Job Requirements
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on digital products.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of market and customer data.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
