Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented young entrepreneurship to establish and manage a healthy food online marketplace. He or she will also contribute to set the strategic vision for additional opportunities for growing, lead a cross functional and technical teams to deliver a world class experience for customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide strategic direction to ensure the growth and profitability of our online store.
  • Manage all online activities in relation to traffic acquisition, sales and conversion optimization.
  • Research market and discover new trends and technologies in order to improve website performance.
  • Oversee digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media.
  • Direct the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies and establish a solid brand identity.
  • Examine sales-related metrics to inform restocks.
  • Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
  • Collaborate with different teams to drive the E-Commerce strategy
  • Create business unit budget, sales forecasts, and purchase plans, being fully responsible for the P&L.
  • Utilize data analytics to draw meaningful insights and provide recommendations for action plan.
  • Ensure best-in-class in reliability and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new opportunities for continuous enhancement.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in e-Commerce, preferably within experience food and beverage or retail.
  • Establishing a new online store from scratch is a big plus.
  • Strong business acumen with strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Familiar with digital trends and technology innovations.
