Job Description

  • Responsible to ensure that salesmen under his control reconcile their van stocks and cash deposit on a daily basis
  • Research potential leads from business directories
  • Responsible for the investigation and control of non-compliance to company standards and policies
  • Conduct a minimum of 12 ‘working days in the market on route per all salesmen under his supervision on a monthly basis
  • Ensure all sales routes under his supervision have up to date route plans.
  • Responsible for the achievement of distribution targets under his area of supervision
  • Responsible to ensure that outlets under his supervision meet the companies ’Picture of Success’ standards.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
  • Responsible and accountable for ordering the correct volume and mix of product to service the outlets under his supervision to the agreed company standards.
  • Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 2 years experience as sales supervisor prefer to be FMCG experience
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Males only
  • Excellent customer management skills, strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts
  • Selling  and negation skills
