Job Description
- Responsible to ensure that salesmen under his control reconcile their van stocks and cash deposit on a daily basis
- Research potential leads from business directories
- Responsible for the investigation and control of non-compliance to company standards and policies
- Conduct a minimum of 12 ‘working days in the market on route per all salesmen under his supervision on a monthly basis
- Ensure all sales routes under his supervision have up to date route plans.
- Responsible for the achievement of distribution targets under his area of supervision
- Responsible to ensure that outlets under his supervision meet the companies ’Picture of Success’ standards.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
- Responsible and accountable for ordering the correct volume and mix of product to service the outlets under his supervision to the agreed company standards.
- Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- At least 2 years experience as sales supervisor prefer to be FMCG experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Males only
- Excellent customer management skills, strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts
- Selling and negation skills
