Job Description

  • Handle site expenses and supplies
  • Record employees’ petty cash, site purchases, and site expenses...... etc
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, cheques, and contract payments
  • Ensure purchase orders, receiving and invoices are matched
  • Review and verify purchasing and accounts payable transactions prior to reporting them to direct manager
  • Follow up on site warehouse materials and items
  • Prepare daily attendance for employees and workers
  • Prepare salaries, bonuses and deductions of site employees’ and workers’

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 1-2 years of experience as Site Accountant
  • Sohag residents are preferable
  • Good proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in working on ERP system is preferred
