Job Overview:
 

  • Grubtech is searching for Sales Development Representative to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be the first point of contact our potential customers have with our sales team. Our SDRs are responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for the Grubtech sales team. If you’re looking to grow your sales career, then this is the position for you!

    Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Drive new business growth through qualifying warm inbound leads, from marketing-generated sources and campaigns (webinars, trials, quote/demo requests) primarily through telephone and email communication
  • Increase growth through listing, engaging, and qualifying cold outbound leads, from self-generated sources (Lists, word of mouth, referrals, walk-ins, be creative!)
  • Build rapport with prospects by providing them with an excellent experience, value, and Trust
  • Identify client's needs and determine which Grubtech solution would be a good fit
  • Manage multiple lead sources, including incoming calls, emails, chats, and referrals at a given time
  • Manage existing clients database using Salesforce, to ensure all communications are logged and identified
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop new strategies to grow sales pipelines, and consistently meet monthly quarterly and annual goals
  • Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in a solution-sales / technology-related environment
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive, dynamic, and quota-driven environment
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce.com
  • Bachelor’s degree
