Job Description

Assisting the CEO with daily administrative duties and completing a broad variety of administrative tasks that include:

  • Managing an active calendar of appointments;
  • Arranging travelling, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements;
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings;
  • Answering email inquiries, directing email requests, and providing basic company information

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in Arabic and English, in written and spoken form, German is a must.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand
  • Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented
  • Trustworthy, able to respect the confidentiality
  • Proficient with computers, especially in MS Office
  • Background knowledge and passion for sustainability and organic agriculture very welcome
