Job Description
Assisting the CEO with daily administrative duties and completing a broad variety of administrative tasks that include:
- Managing an active calendar of appointments;
- Arranging travelling, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements;
- Preparing reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings;
- Answering email inquiries, directing email requests, and providing basic company information
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English, in written and spoken form, German is a must.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand
- Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Well-organized, detail-oriented
- Trustworthy, able to respect the confidentiality
- Proficient with computers, especially in MS Office
- Background knowledge and passion for sustainability and organic agriculture very welcome
