Job Description
- Responsible for all business bookings (hotels & tickets).
- Supervises the maintenance of office equipment.
- Design and implement office policies.
- Establish standards and procedures.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Supervise office staff.
- Control correspondences.
- Review and approve supply requisitions.
- Update organizational memberships.
- Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions.
- Design filing systems.
- Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date.
- Ensure protection and security of files and records.
- Plan and implement office systems, layout, and equipment procurement.
- Maintain and replenish office supplies inventory.
- Check stock to determine inventory levels.
- Anticipate needed supplies and verify receipt of supply.
- Responsible for organizing office events.
- Responsible for arranging business lunches & dinners for the CEO.
- Plan, manage and execute events within the organization Conferences, visits.
- Manage and communicate events calendars, schedules, and budgets.
- Logistics including registration, attendees tracking, presentation, and materials support required facilities for each event, hotels reservation, and flight tickets when needed.
- Select catering companies to prepare food and select dishes for menus.
- Create and send the events invitations.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the same role
- Fluent in Arabic & English (Spoken & Written Correspondence)
- High-level of proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills
