- Develop company and team culture.

- Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIs.
- Ensures Employees’ adherence to the company’ policies
- Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Handles All Employee Relations matters.
- Administering on-the-job training programs.
- Updates and Creates HR policies.
- Handle Medical insurance matters.
