Job Description


- Approaching International clients and getting NSF registered and qualified within their vendor lists.

- Identifying and developing new business opportunities and enhancing existing ones through extensive research, well-established database, and customized relationship building.

- Responsible for submitting all information and documents needed for such registration, whether on-line or printed, or hand to hand.

- Following up with clients on running and future projects with objective of securing current project in-hand and obtaining inquiry for future projects (this includes coordination with estimation team on extensions, missing documents, direct client contact, etc.…).

- Participation of NSF in on-line services, such as MEED Projects, to ensure an updated projects flow is known to be able to target these projects/clients.

- Responsible for the updating/maintaining exercise of getting NSF registered in local entities.

- Participation of NSF in on-line services such as Egyptian Tenders, to ensure we follow up closely with local companies’ announcements and requests.

- Responsible for the exercise created for projects follow up, and when to release the follow up round to clients, through CRM Microsoft Dynamics.

- Exploring and deciding on projects NSF would be interested to quote in (geographical preference, client name, work scope, etc...).

- Responsibility for client visits and preparing and arranging meeting for prospect clients, and coordinating with operations.

- Preparing presentations and delivering them to clients.

- Client visits as per needed.

- Following up on the CRM, ensuring database is accurate and extracting the necessary reports.

- Responsible for creating all documentation and releases that comes out with the company name and delivered to clients (logo, website, catalogues, PQ set, etc.…), as well as maintaining it.

Job Requirements

- Relevant Undergraduate Degree – Engineering “Civil, Mechanical, Electrical”

- 10 + years relevant Experience in Sales & Marketing.

- Must have experience in sales and marketing in construction industry.

- Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships.

- 5 + years of team management experience.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

- Ability to work creatively and independently.

- Passion for PR, communications, and digital marketing.

- Strong analytical and project management skills.

- Track record of organizing trade fairs, events and exhibitions for a B2B environment.

- Utilizing social media and online strategies for lead generation and stronger web presence.

- Developing and executing marketing campaigns from start to finish.

- Experience with business development Marketing: Interest, Conversion, Engagement, Loyalty.

- Experience managing a portfolio of brands to manage channel conflict and maximize return.

- Experience with digital marketing and marketing automation solutions.
