Job Description
- Achieve the sales objective, meeting with the targets before deadlines.
- Receiving and making calls for prospect customers turning into visits.
- Do presentations for customers and site visits.
- Explain contracts, addressing concerns and finalizing deals.
- Provide the needed support for assisting the team with the knowledge and visits when needed.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Follow leads on time.
- Follow all policies and procedures.
- Know all information about our competitors.
- Report to team leader sales results (weekly monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
- Answer customer questions about features and pricing.
Job Requirements

- Experience not less than 3 years in Real Estate, proven experience in retail and residential in new Cairo
- Good knowledge in dealing with CRM.
