Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Campaign Manager (Native & Social Media) to manage and execute the marketing needs of our clients, focusing primarily on the Forex industry. The ideal candidate must be bilingual (Arabic & English) and will serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling a wide range of marketing tasks including social media, programmatic advertising, and native marketing. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, providing regular reports, and making adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities for clients, ensuring effective execution of social media, programmatic, and native marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with clients in the Forex industry to understand their goals and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
- Provide daily or weekly reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Analyze campaign data, adjust strategies, and optimize marketing efforts to maximize client satisfaction and ROI.
- Develop and implement targeted campaigns that align with the client's business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and strategies in the Forex and digital marketing landscape.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted marketing advisor and addressing any concerns promptly.

Job Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the Forex industry or a similar field.
- Proven expertise in managing social media, programmatic advertising, and native marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic buying tools, and native ad networks such as Outbrain, and Taboola.
- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other reporting platforms.
- Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the Forex market or financial services industry is highly preferred.
