Public Relation Representative

 Software and Information Systems company announces its need for a public relations Vacancy
Job responsibilities: -
• Establish public relations plans and strategies
• Acting as the first liaison for all media inquiries
• Organizing and join in company events such as exhibitions, open days, seminars, conferences, etc.
• Propose effective ways to peacefully resolve any external disputes of our clients
• Research and analysis of public opinion
• Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of public relations campaigns and transfer of visions to management
• Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorship and advertising
• Preparation and participation in the production of brochures, brochures, direct mail publications, promotional videos, photos, films and multimedia programs
• Help to increase corporate awareness, visibility and credibility among the public and identify stakeholders
• Collaboration with external stakeholders
• Any other task requested by the manager relating to the client and the relationship with the individual
