Job Description
We are searching for a talented and professional Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The selected candidate will be assigned the following tasks:
- Developing communications such as presentations, event support materials and brochures
- Following up the implementation and proper display/production of all communication campaigns
- Briefing third-party agencies about communication activities and follow up the generated output
- Leading ongoing management of digital touch points, including website, social networking landing pages, and mobile.
- Developing and maintaining digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
- Following up on the implementation and proper display of outdoor campaigns, ads, events, merchandising … etc.
- Archiving contracts and ensuring all our events activities are executed properly.
- Revising catalogues, price list and flyers.
- Meeting new Advertising agencies and advising with recommendations.
- Additional tasks and duties will be assigned and communicated
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications/Business Administration/Marketing.
- 3+ years experience working in a communications position.
- Excellent English Language
- Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing
- Ability to work under deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.
- Developing social presence and advocating brands effectively
- Strong Interpersonal communication skills.
- Time management skills
- Creativity and excellent presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
