Job Description

Brandizer Agency is looking for a fierce workaholic young lady who can take the lead on big tasks.

Job Duties:

  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, greeting visitors
  • Maintain organized file systems for the agency
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Assist the GM in daily tasks
  • Implement office policies to guide office boys
  • Keep track of staff attendance
  • Basically keep everything intact

Job Requirements

  • We’re hiring an Office Coordinator/Superheroine with a minimum experience of 1 year in a similar position.
  • The candidate should be presentable, well organized and fluent in English (especially written), as well as having strong communication skills and research skills that dig beyond the surface.
  • Good knowledge in HR & living near Maadi are a plus.
