Job Description
Expat Relations Management
- Manage the meet & assist service and support expatriates upon their arrival at the airport.
- Act as a focal point between UPPINGHAM Cairo’s different departments and expatriates, providing guidance on all related matters, including healthcare services, legal documents, dealings with governmental bodies, and housing management.
- Act as a focal point between UPPINGHAM Cairo’s different departments and expatriates, providing guidance on all related matters, including healthcare services, legal documents, dealings with governmental bodies, and housing management.
- Stay updated on changes to immigration laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations, particularly those related to expatriate employment, and advise management on any necessary actions to maintain compliance.
Safer Recruitment
- Conduct reference checks for expatriate candidates as part of the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with safer recruitment practices, including adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
Housing Management
- Support expatriates in all matters related to housing (utilities, maintenance, and communication with the apartment’s owner).
Airflight Tickets Management
- Search for and locate the suitable airflight tickets prices according to UC policies and procedures.
- Responsible for booking airflight tickets and keeping records of each employee's travel arrangements.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law or any relevant field
- From 2 to 4 years of experience.
- Previous experience in airflight tickets booking and handling expats relations.
- This role may require occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate expatriate staff members' schedules or address urgent matters.
