Job Description
- Provide Support in any or several of the following Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Functional areas of Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing.
- Participate in every aspect of the implementation from analyzing the business requirements to configure Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the Business needs.
- Communicate with the application stakeholders and departments key users on many levels to obtain the necessary understanding of the business processes.
- Work with the organization Key Users to ensure full understanding of the implications to the current business processes.
- Communicate with the vendor Development Team to ensure implementation of the necessary modification to the Microsoft Dynamics Application.
- Understanding of user needs and collaborates with other consultants and support teams to complete implementation life cycle and documentation.
- Conduct acceptance testing and training program for end-users to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application.
- Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical Know-how, written & verbal communication & team participation.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Information Technology.
- Between 1-2 years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- Strong Customer orientation.
- Work as team work.
- Excellent presentation skills, communication skills.
