Job Description
- Process and manage payroll for a large headcount, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, salary changes, and deductions.
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of pay slips.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, social insurance, and other payroll-related legislation.
- Perform regular audits of payroll procedures and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage year-end reporting and filing requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll processing, particularly for large headcounts.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software systems and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
