Job Description

  • Responsible for reviews, operations, documentation, employee evaluations, personnel files, social insurance, labor office and related matters.
  • Recruitment (vacancy job post coordination with department managers, CV filtering, interview schedule coordination).
  • Implements new employee orientation and employee recognition programmers
  • Daily tasks required by the H R Department including but not limited to (preparing the effects file and deducting salaries, compensation, benefits, vacations).
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, and refers complex and sensitive issues to responsible managers.
  • Attends and participates in staff disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations .
  • Maintains compliance with lobar laws, regulations and recommended best practices.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, organizational changes and new technologies in human resources, talent management and labor law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  •  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  •  Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  •  Strong skill in analysis and problem solving.
  •  Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks as and when required.
  •  The ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
  •  Adequate knowledge of the laws and regulations related to work (labor law and social insurance).
  •  Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point).
  •  Proficiency with or ability to learn talent management systems and HRIS organization quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field required.
    • At least 3 years of experience in the job is preferred.
    • Diploma in Human Resources preferred
