Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate for seamless integration of mechanical systems in Interior Design BIM.
• Coordinate with other BIM coordinators for clash-free designs.
• Lead COBie data implementation in mechanical BIM models.
• Develop accurate and complete mechanical BIM models using industry-standard software.
• Conduct regular reviews for quality and accuracy of mechanical BIM models.
• Provide training on BIM processes and standards to project team members.
• Manage BIM data related to mechanical systems, ensuring consistency.
• Establish data exchange protocols for compatibility with facility management systems.

Knowledge and Expertise:

• In-depth proficiency in BIM software for efficient project delivery.
• Demonstrated experience implementing COBie standards in BIM projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, components, and relevant codes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve design conflicts within BIM models.
• Adherence to industry standards and codes in BIM model development.
