Job Description
- Performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts, and tender management.
- Developing strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business.
- Administer everyday activities of all purchasing orders specially in water industry and/or beverage, dairy, juices.
- Distributes purchasing information to involved parties including vendors, sales representatives, and employees.
- Reviews and evaluates purchase request forms for accuracy and completeness.
- Gathers, records, and completes purchase data.
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers across the country.
- Negotiating with suppliers to secure advantageous credit terms.
- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers to ensure on-going feasibility.
- Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
- Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Preparing procurement reports.
- Provide quarterly supplier reviews and actively looking for better supply opportunities
- Track and record orders
- Review processes and deliverables ensuring high standard service level with continuous improvement focus
- Organize and schedule procurements in a timely manner
- Recommend new processes or systems for improvement; implement new ideas and strategies
- Determines the method of procurement such as direct purchase, quotes, or bids
- Participate in the preparation and review of bid proposals and the negotiation of contracts within budgetary limitations
- Manage supplier contracts.
- Handling Weekly and monthly Procurement Dep. Reports
Job Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office especially word, Excel and power point
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read, interpret, and explain policies and procedures used in purchasing.
- In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
- 4-7 Years’ experience preferably in Water Industry and/or Beverage, Dairy, Juices.
