Job Description

  • Develop product plans and road map for electronic payment in line with the overall commercial plan.
  • Create & submit written business case documents. Provide inputs, review & complete financial models (in cooperation with Finance).
  • Document product requirements and product development plans for new products including market analysis and opportunity, product requirements, competitive positioning, pricing strategy, and product lifecycle strategy.
  • Follow customer segmentation and customer journey strategy and develop plans and products as per segment needs.
  • Analyze and recommend incremental monetization of product features and services.
  • Provide all product-related information to Marketing & Sales as required to develop a go-to-market strategy & sales materials. Provide all product-related information as required to develop training material.
  • Develop customized and relevant dashboards to track the performance of all products against established objectives and analyze variances with respect to the associated KPIs.
  • Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly usage and revenue trends analysis and identify possible corrective measures.
  • Implement products plans and manage cross-functional teams in executing tasks.
  • Monitor and review post-launch performance of products and present findings to cultivate a “learning organization” in accordance with the relevant process model.
  • May Conduct market visits to gather customer feedback and insights and market trends in order to generate new qualified leads and increase customer conversion.
  • Stay well versed in industry trends & educated on new product & technology developments.
  • Monitor competitor product offers by running regular marketing intelligence efforts to identify and address product gaps, pricing issues, and branding weaknesses. 
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to all teams in marketing, customer service.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration or marketing. 
  • MBA is preferred.
  • Strategic, long-range focus to identify revenue generating opportunities, assess their relevance in the market, evaluate the competition, determine the high level financial viability and effectively communicate the need internally. 
  • Knows the market competition and technology. Is aware of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace. 
  • Results driven pursuing everything with energy especially in the face of resistance or setbacks.  Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work through ambiguity and multitudes of decisions to complete work and accomplish goals. 
  • Demonstrate business acumen, decision making, and financial Management 
  • Capable of working long hours and frequent weekend work and ready to be in field and travel when required. 
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, influence, and team building skill and developing and managing relationship across the organization.  Excellent written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
