Customer service-in door is required for a company working in Medical device and Bio Kits a, Resident in Cairo, Maadi.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle Customer requests & PO's
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with previous requests and PO's
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Implementation of plans for weekly and monthly
- Know all the information on devices and provide a full explanation about them.
- Provide regular reports about customers and how satisfied & why some customers stopped from dealing with the company's products with the explanation.
Job Requirements
- Three years of experience in the field must.
- Graduated with a Bachelor in Science or equal.
- Very good in English
- Very good in communication skills
- Ability to learn
