Job Description
The business development specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and overseeing SGH Academy Sales Rate.
The main goal is to improve sales processes and outcomes.
We are looking for an experienced Business development specialist to join our Academy he will help our Academy grow by improving the revenue rate.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Sell the services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Job Requirements
- BSc degree is a must, medical background is preferred
- Proven work experience with the same role
- Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and team management skills
- Additional certification in training is a plus
