Job Description
- Branch manager's responsibilities include managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the location's revenues.
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
- Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
- Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met.
- Prepare reports on sales.
- Create and maintain relationships with clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience Food and beverage
- Must have Store Manger experience of not less than 5 to 8 years.
- Excellent interpersonal/relationship-building skills.
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely orally and in writing.
- Friendly, customer-oriented personality.
- Professional attitude and appearance at all times.
- English language: Good
- Computer skills: Good.
