Join SQUARE Engineering Firm – We’re Hiring an Electrical Engineer Team Leader!
Your Role:
- Lead and manage the electrical engineering team to ensure the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
- Prepare and review electrical drawings, calculations, documentation, and reports.
- Utilize BIM tools such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks for drawing preparation, system coordination, and clash detection.
- Oversee clash detection and resolution, ensuring seamless integration of electrical systems with other building components.
- Generate accurate quantity take-offs, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (Egyptian nationals only).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in electrical engineering within a contracting environment.
- Proven expertise across diverse building typologies, including educational, industrial, residential, hospitality, and more.
- Strong technical knowledge in power systems, including load calculations, equipment sizing, and power system studies.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
