Job Description
- Conducting Job analysis & Job description
- Posting Recruitment Ads (Mainly blue collars )
- Screening C.Vs & Replying applicants calls
- Conducting interviews (phone and face to face interviews )
- Coordinating required tests for hiring
- Participating in employment fairs
- Following up with candidates during hiring process
- Participate in OD activities (PMS, Updating Structure, Updating HR policies and Forms,…etc)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Experience in hiring blue collars not less than one year (is a must )
- Males Only
- HR certificate is a must
- V. Good user of Ms. Office : Excel, word, power point and Visio
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
