Job Summary:



As an Account Manager specializing in Oil and Gas products/ Drill Bits and Drilling Applications, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the Oil and Gas industry. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, understanding client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a deep understanding of the Oil and Gas sector, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients in the Oil and Gas industry/Drill Bits and Drilling Applications. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requirements.

Sales and Business Development:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.

Product Knowledge:



Possess a deep understanding of the company's Oil and Gas products/ Drill Bits and Drilling Applications and services. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products.

Customer Needs Analysis:



Conduct thorough needs analysis with clients to understand their challenges and goals. Recommend appropriate products and solutions to meet client requirements. Work closely with technical and support teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services. Communicate client feedback and market insights to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in Sales or Account Management within the Oil and Gas industry. Strong technical background of Drill Bits and Drilling Applications Strong knowledge of Oil and Gas products, processes, and technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Travel may be required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
