Job Description
The Quality Assurance Engineer main duties include:
- Supporting the implementation & continuous improvement for Alfa Quality Management System following up to date Quality Management Systems.
- Planning and conducting activities related to quality control of products and systems.
- Identifying, analyzing and documenting problems & opportunities for improvement.
- Rolling out a positive culture & sets the grounds for continuous improvement as appropriate
- Performing internal audits for different departments and functions.
- Supporting internal auditors from other functions in formulating audit reports.
- Coordinating Quality Control activities for Alfa products, systems and services.
- Performing customer surveys either by phone or by one-to-one meetings.
- Receiving customer complaints and following them up until they are resolved.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical, production or Electronics).
- 4-6 years experience in quality assurance (Quality inspection, auditing and testing).
- Post graduate studies in quality (TQM, SIX Sigma, ISO certified).
- Very good at decision making & problem solving.
- Very good knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA.
- Proven skills for the implementation of corrective actions.
- Very good knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (ISO procedures).
- Excellent command of English.
