Job Description

At Rheoserve we have been growing really fast over the past years, and we have very ambitious targets for the coming ones.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager, with strong cross functional leadership skills, to help us achieve our ambitious targets. In this role, you will be responsible for both strategic and tactical marketing. 

Core responsibilities:

  • Work to understand market sizing, dynamics, competitive intelligence, customer dynamics, and customer journey to create effective growth plans and ensure our resources are properly allocated
  • Create Business Plans for new and existing products in our portfolio, and work with different functions (Sales, Applications, Digital Marketing, etc..) to ensure effective implementation
  • Be on the look out to spot opportunities in the marketplace, and work with existing and potential partners to develop these opportunities
  • Manage strategic relations with our key partners and ensure we deliver on our targets
  • Develop/Oversee the creation of our marketing materials and messaging

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record in Marketing and/or Business Development (preferably in B2B environment)
  • Data driven problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong cross functional leadership skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • MBA from a reputable university is a plus
