Main Duties:
- Office administrators undertake a range of functions to make sure the administration activities within an organization run smoothly.
- These functions can be performed at various levels ranging from junior through to upper management.
- Receive, direct and reply to e-mails, telephone messages, and fax messages
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Manage all correspondences; emails, whats apps, text messages and direct them as needs may be.
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings.

- Excellent communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Excellent command of the English Language.
- Good computer skills
- Highly‐developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows).
