Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Office administrators undertake a range of functions to make sure the administration activities within an organization run smoothly.
  • These functions can be performed at various levels ranging from junior through to upper management.
  • Receive, direct and reply to e-mails, telephone messages, and fax messages
  • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
  • Manage all correspondences; emails, whats apps, text messages and direct them as needs may be.
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings
  • Maintains department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings.

 

 

Job Requirements

  • English Law Graduates
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Excellent command of the English Language.
  • Good computer skills
  • Highly‐developed computer skills (MS Office, Windows).
  • Organizational and leadership skills
