We invite applications for full-time, permanent faculty positions in disciplines such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Management, Strategy, and Human Resources, at all academic ranks: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Full Professor.
ABD candidates within a few months of completion may also be considered upon presenting a progress report from their thesis committee and an estimated defense date.
Successful candidates will deliver high-quality teaching across undergraduate and graduate programs, engage in impactful research, contribute to curriculum development, provide service to the university and broader academic community, and strengthen the university’s local and international reputation.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must hold a PhD from an accredited university in a relevant discipline (or provide evidence of progress toward completion for ABDs).
- Demonstrate excellence in teaching, supported by student evaluations, a sample of courses taught, and other relevant evidence.
- A good research record with publications in internationally peer-reviewed journals is required for Associate and Full Professor levels. Early career Assistant Professors (and ABDs) should provide evidence of ongoing research projects or potential for impactful research.
- International experience, while not mandatory, will be considered an advantage (short research stays or teaching appointments abroad are also considered).
- Professional-level English proficiency is required (spoken and written).
- A demonstrated commitment to student success is essential.
