Job Description
- Selling High-End luxury cars to prospective clients.
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Supporting clients to know the most appropriate product that satisfies their financial needs.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Identify and build a strong rapport with Clients.
- Provide day-to-day supervision of all sales activities.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Present feedback to the head.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors' degree
- Fluent in English.
- Presentable
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- High knowledge of cars is mandatory, Preferable to be a car enthusiast, with knowledge of European car brands & Mechanics.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
- Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to understand and meet the needs of our clients.
- Proficiency with technology, including customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales-related tools.
