Job Description

We are  a startup in community and chatting business, the app is already published and served close to 100,000 users And raised pre-seed from two accelerators.

We’re looking for a co-founder who is interested in building something great.

  • The ideal candidate will be a data-driven strategic thinker who possesses strong digital marketing skills in order to drive a solution from inception through delivery.

IMPORTANT

  • This job fit for who interested to have shares in the company more than a basic salary.
  • We will provide an attractive company stock shares + revenue shares until provide a very good salary.
  • The company shares will be still active even with the salary in later stage.

Main Responsibilities

  • Creating and developing marketing strategy and marketing plan.
  • Responsible for all digital marketing activities (Planning, Executing, Analyzing, and reporting,..).
  • Handel digital marketing campaigns, including web, paid search (CPC), affiliates, social media, SEO.
  • Creative in leading growth and optimization of consumer awareness and BRANDING
  • Use different analytics tools to generate reports that provide feedback and suggest changes based on the data from the report.
  • Research services strategies to identify new opportunities and identify trends to optimize spend and performance based on these insights.

Job Requirements

>> Worked on marketing for a mobile app before is MUST <<

  • 4-8 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
