Job Description
- PC maintenance for both software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Responsible for monitoring and fixing surveillance systems.
- Installing and sharing both local and network printers.
- Good Knowledge of VoIP Solutions such as Isabell.
- Working on a windows server, DHCP, Active Directory, DNS, and managing user group policies.
- Working on firewall systems, especially Sophos.
- I am working on and dealing with all Microsoft 365 resources.
- File server.
- working with NAS Storage and Veeam Backup.
- Experience in network infrastructure including switches, racks, and routers.
- Attendance machine.
- Good knowledge of Ticketing Systems(Manage Engine).
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Good communication skills.
- Presentable, Time Management and self-confident.
