Job Description
We're looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team Remotely.
Remoteplatz is a German-Egyptian fast-paced startup, Hiring top software developers from different locations to work REMOTELY with EU companies. Enabling smart businesses to build their remote tech teams.
Responsibilities:
- As a member of our recruitment team, you will coordinate interviews and assessments, and optimize applicant tracking systems.
- Help the TA team to verify our existing talent pool.
- working on the full life-cycle of Recruitment.
- Conduction phone and video call interviews with candidates.
- Manage communication with clients, and gather requirements.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English is a must.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Tech enthusiast and willing to learn basic tech stacks for Technical recruitment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have strong critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and are result-oriented.
- Recruitment experience would be a plus, but not a must to have.
- Previous customer service/ sales experience would be a plus.
