Job Description

  • Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost.
  • Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency.
  • Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating with relevant parties.
  • Update and maintain receipts into the systems (FMC).
  • Responsible for linking the articles and recipes  in Material Control.
  • Responsible for preparing daily Food and Beverage Report and distribute to management.
  • Responsible for monthly F&B Report and distribute to management.
  • Responsible for surprise spot checks at all F&B outlets.
  • Any other tasks as and when required by the management.Analyzes and costs work orders following company’s costing system.
  • Prepares the monthly cost of sales figures by analyzing material, labor, and expenses.
  • Assists the accounting manager in preparing monthly journal entries
  • Maintains inventory system and follows established valuation method.
  • Assists in the quarterly and year-end physical process.
  • Reviews and audits the costing system.
  • Analyzes variances from cost estimates.
  • Prepares report for accounting manager and recommends changes.
  • Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss or other financial activities within an organization.
  • Accumulate and analysis of cost information for internal use to aid management in planning, control, and decision making. Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
  • Handles cost accounts.
  • Collects and records cost data.
  • Follows up the warehouse.
  • Records entries.

Job Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytics and reporting skills.
  • Experience with Accounting System, cost and inventory systems.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a high-level attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
