Job Description

  • This position is responsible for the managing the front-end recruiting efforts for a large department with high volume recruitment needs. 
  • Manages relationship with external vendors, including multiple Staffing Agencies. Works closely with the Management team to coordinate timing and provide input on staffing needs, including need for temp assignments. 
  • Monitors department staffing matrix to ensure department is within approved FTE (Full-time equivalent) count, meets hiring targets, makes recommendations for policy/procedure changes and creates changes to the recruitment process as needed. 
  • Works with representatives from internal departments to ensure that quality work is completed on a timely basis.
     

Job Requirements

  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels 
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person and/or on-line interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, based on business need
