Job Description
- This position is responsible for the managing the front-end recruiting efforts for a large department with high volume recruitment needs.
- Manages relationship with external vendors, including multiple Staffing Agencies. Works closely with the Management team to coordinate timing and provide input on staffing needs, including need for temp assignments.
- Monitors department staffing matrix to ensure department is within approved FTE (Full-time equivalent) count, meets hiring targets, makes recommendations for policy/procedure changes and creates changes to the recruitment process as needed.
- Works with representatives from internal departments to ensure that quality work is completed on a timely basis.
Job Requirements
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person and/or on-line interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, based on business need
