We are hiring Live chat support agents with the below details:
What you will do:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our supervisors' teams.
- Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives if needed.
Job Requirements
What we expect from you:
- Correct and speed typing of Arabic.
- Upper-Intermediate English is welcomed.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking work in a team.
- Stress resistance.
- High level of responsibility.
- Computer literacy.
- Attention to detail.
