 We are hiring Live chat support agents with the below details:


What you will do:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via chat.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with our supervisors' teams.
  • Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives if needed.

     

Job Requirements

What we expect from you:

  • Correct and speed typing of Arabic.
  • Upper-Intermediate English is welcomed.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking work in a team.
  • Stress resistance.
  • High level of responsibility.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Attention to detail.

Working terms:

  • Location of the office is Heliopolis Misr-Gdida.
  • Rotational shift schedule.
  • Work from the office with No transportation.
