Job Description
Job Role:
- Prepare interior construction drawing, details, schedules, document related to the interior packages (FF&E, BOQ)
- Coordination and work with the design office or a group of design
- Consideration and finding optimal design solutions
- Participation in the selection of the contractors and suppliers
- Responding to technical inquiries from the Client/Engineers/contractors
- Overseeing the design process using technical expertise
- Site inspection
- Follow up with consultants/suppliers
- Documenting project issues/conditions

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree Faculty of Applied Arts or ,Bachelor Degree of Architecture Engineering
- Experience +8 years
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Revit & 3DMAX are a plus
- Very good with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to lead and inspire team
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure, multi tasking and time management skills
- Preferred Experience in furniture production work and wood industrials
