Job Description
- Sourcing new requests & suppliers and ensuring that the purchased products and materials meet the required technical specifications.
- Negotiating purchase terms and evaluating the suppliers’ performances
- Ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any supply issues or discrepancies
- Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions
- Ensuring that contracts’ terms and conditions are in line with company policies and are written in legal form
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records
- Conducting market and product research and cost analysis
- Coordinating with the requisitions department to obtain required administrative & technical information and documents necessary for processing the procurement.
- Follow up with Logistics and stores.
- Reviewing and updating the list of contracts and keeping track of their renewal dates.
- Searching for global suppliers for international purchases.

Job Requirements
- Senior Procurement specialist
- 3:5 years’ experience , with agribusiness & packing material experience.
- Very good command of English written & spoken
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of SAP Ariba
